Grant Review Pro provides scores, simulated study-section reviews, compliance checks, and data tools. Everything we produce is advisory and informational. Nothing we produce is a prediction or guarantee of funding, a grant-writing service, or legal, financial, or professional advice. NIH's own review process is the sole determinant of funding outcomes.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NIH, NSF, the SBA, or any government agency.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

The Application Pass is a one-time purchase per funding opportunity and includes a 90-day mock-review window. The one-time Application Pass is non-refundable once the included Target Intelligence Report has been commissioned; before then, contact support for a full refund. Subscription plans bill monthly or annually; annual plans are refundable pro-rata within 30 days. You can cancel any time by contacting support.

You retain all rights and intellectual property in the documents you upload. You grant us only the limited license needed to run the analyses you request. We never use your content to train models — ours or a provider's.

Don't abuse the service, resell our outputs as your own service, or attempt to access other users' data.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site.
